It has been over a year since the Lonestar rodeo came to town, and thanks to the hard work of volunteers and the blessing of the Washington County Fair Board, it is back!
This year’s event will be a two day event on Monday, June 16 and Tuesday, June 17, at the grandstand during the Washington County Fair. Each night the rodeo action will start at 7 p.m. Watch for ticket information coming soon.
The very popular event filled the grandstand during the 2023 fair. It is a place where lots of people will be exposed to your advertising. If you own a local business, you will want to be a part of this event.
There are many sponsorship opportunities available. A main event platinum sponsor, with a sponsorship of $5,000 or more, will be an official sponsor of an event at each performance. This will garner you a 10x10 vendor spot and the opportunity to give our promotional material. A sponsor banner or a sign will be hung in the arena during both performances for optimal brand exposure. In addition, your sponsor name will be announced at the performances, be included in the fair program and on Washington County Fair Rodeo social media.
A gold buckle sponsor can be obtained with a $3,000 sponsorship. A business sign or banner will be hung in the arena, along with recognition in the fair program and numerous announcements during the two day event. Your name will be included in social media posts and you will have the opportunity to hand out promotional materials at the rodeo at your 10x10 vendor booth.
For $1,000 to $2,000, sponsors will be a silver buckle sponsor. The benefits of this include sponsor-provided banners or signs to be hung in the arena, mention on social media, a 10x10 vendor booth and recognition in the fair program.
A bronze sponsorship, $500 to $900, will give sponsors recognition in all social media posts, an ad in the fair program and a 10x10 vendor booth. Sponsorship needs to be obtained by March 1 in order to be included in the fair program. A business card or logo will be needed for advertising purposes.
