REPORTS RESULTS OF OPERATIONS FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2024
Salem, Indiana—February 24, 2025. Mid-Southern Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) (OTC Pink: MSVB), the holding company for Mid-Southern Savings Bank, FSB (the “Bank”), reported a net loss for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 of $8.0 million, or $2.91 per diluted share, compared to net income $276,000, or $0.10 per diluted share, for the same period in 2023. For the year ended December 31, 2024, the Company reported a net loss of $7.1 million, or $2.61 per diluted share, compared to net income of $1.5 million, or $0.54 per diluted share, for 2023.
