Mexican Lasagna Recipe
1 package flour tortillas, divided
8 ounces sour cream
3 ounces chopped chilies
1 large onion, chopped
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1 can chili beans
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 package chili or taco seasoning
1 cup water
Brown and drain hamburger; add seasoning, tomato sauce, beans, and water; simmer. Place flour tortillas evenly on bottom of casserole dish. Mix sour cream and chilies. Spread a thin layer of sour cream mixture over tortillas. Then pour and spread a third of the meat mixture over the tortillas. Sprinkle onions and cheese over the mixture. Repeat this twice. Top with a layer of tortillas and cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
