Tropical Punch

1 (46 oz.) can red fruit punch

1 (6oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate

1 (6oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate

2 cups canned pineapple juice

4 cups water

1/2 cup sugar

1 (28oz.) bottle ginger ale, chilled

ice

Combine all ingredients except ice and ginger ale. Pour over ice in large punch bowl. Carefully pour in ginger ale, stirring to mix.
