Jalapeno Corn Casserole
1 stick butter
5 cans shoepeg corn
1 chopped, seeded jalapeno
2 (8oz.) cream cheese
4 ounce can chopped green chiles
In 9X13 glass pan melt butter and cream cheese. Add corn, green chiles and jalapeno. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes until bubbly.
