Sharon Ann McElroy, 72, entered eternal life on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at the Hospice Inpatient care Center in Louisville, Kentucky. Sharon taught at various institutions, including Jefferson County Public Schools in Louisville, Kentucky, Saint Martin's in San Antonio, Texas, Graceland Christian School in New Albany, Indiana, and East Washington School Corporation.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, June 14, 2024, at the Garr Funeral Home (7806 Highway 311, Sellersburg, Indiana 47172) with interment to follow at Abundant Life Cemetery in New Albany, Indiana. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and on Friday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral Home.
