Naomi Williams
Naomi Williams, age 89 of Campbellsburg, passed away Sunday, March 9, 2025, in her residence.
Born October 21, 1935 in Corbin, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Trett Sr. and Ollie (Smith) Trett.
She was a former waitress, grocery store clerk and old Smith Cabinet Company employee and was a partner with her husband, farming until her health declined
She was a member of Mt. Tabor Christian Church, loved gardening, cooking, homemaking and her family and gave much of her time to their care.
On February 17, 1962 she married Edgar E. Williams, who survives.
Also surviving are: 2 Daughters: Debbie (Mark) Medaris of Mitchell and Sherry Williams of Sellersburg; 1 Brother: Jerry (Carolyn) Trett of Edinburg, Indiana: 2 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild and her beloved Yorkie, Zoe.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Trett Sr. and Ollie Cauble; 3 brothers: Herman, Raymond Jr. and Larry Trett and 3 Sisters: Mary Ann Richardson, Jean Mahuron and Ethel Bowling.
The services will be private.
