NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF THE

DELANEY CREEK WATERSHED CONSERVANCY DISTRICT 

Notice is hereby given to the constituents of Delaney Creek Watershed District that the Annual Meeting of the District will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at the Law Office of Dustin L. Howard, 43 Public Square, Suite 103, Salem, Indiana.

The purpose of this meeting is the election of Director.  The name of the nominee is Adam Nicholson.  No other nominations are permitted. 

Ballots may be cast in writing at the meeting place from 4:00 p.m. to 4:10 p.m. on February 12, 2025. 

Freeholders who are or will be absent may vote by written ballot, mailed or delivered, to the Secretary of the District in care of Dustin L. Howard, LLC, 43 Public Square, Suite 103, Salem, Indiana, before the date and time of the meeting.  Written ballots may be obtained from the Law Office of Dustin L. Howard. 

Any freeholder of the District is eligible to vote.  Only one (1) vote per freehold is permitted.
