Artist Profile- Emily Bennett

Originally from Terre Haute, Indiana, Emily Bennett is passionate about creating sculpture specifically in steel and fiber, but her body of work is comprised of a variety of mediums and processes. Her work has been featured in over 45 galleries across 12 cities and 5 states, and in Fiber Art Now magazine.

Emily is also the 2023 Governor's Arts Award artist, which is presented to recognize outstanding achievement and contributions to arts and creativity in Indiana. The 2023 Indiana Governor's Arts Award winners and award artist were profiled in films directed and produced by William Bryant Rozier of Scrambled Eggs LLC. Zachary Vessels of TopSphere Media served as Director of Photography and the main editor of the films. You can watch Emily's film on our YouTube channel.
