The LifeSpring Foundation of Indiana is offering scholarships to 8th graders and seniors. This is available for students in the following counties: Clark, Floyd, Jefferson, Scott, Washington, Harrison, Orange, Crawford, Perry, Dubois and Spencer.

Scholarship for high school seniors: The LifeSpring Foundation of Indiana provides an annual scholarship to one graduating senior from each of the counties served by LifeSpring Health Systems. One student will be selected by the Foundation Board of Trustees and awarded a $500 scholarship.
Scholarship for eighth grade students: The LifeSpring Foundation of Indiana will host an essay contest for one 8th grade student from each of the counties served by LifeSpring Health Systems. The student will be selected by the Foundation Board of Trustees and awarded $100. The referring teacher for the student will be awarded a $25 Amazon gift card.

The LifeSpring Foundation of Indiana is a 501c(3) not-for-profit entity started in 2003 by a small group of dedicated individuals who were concerned about the changing face of mental health care and interested in finding a permanent way to help individuals afflicted with mental illness and/or addictions. The Foundation’s mission is, “To support the charitable, scientific, health-related and educational enterprises of LifeSpring Health Systems, and other non-profit agencies and individuals.”
