West Washington gets easy sectional semi-final win over Medora

West Washington had little trouble getting past Medora in Friday's first sectional semi-final in Campbellsburg. The Senators used a 21-0 third-quarter run to end any hopes the Hornets had of pulling off an upset.

Senior Jake Strange led West Washington with 23 points and also made things difficult for Medora in the paint. He is pictured here getting ready to block the shot of a Hornet offensive player.

The Senators will be back in action Saturday at 7:30 p.m. in Campbellsburg against the winner of the Trinity Lutheran-Edinburgh game.
