Salem Horseshoe League plans being made

The Salem Horseshoe League will start 20 weeks of league play on May 12.
An organizational meeting  will be held May 5, beginning at 6 p.m. at the Washington County Fairgrounds.
The league follows American Horseshoe Pitchers Association count-all rules.
There will be two-person teams who will compete every Thursday evening in a three-game handicapped competition.
Anyone 12 years and over is welcome to participate.
The Washington County Fair pitch will be held Saturday, June 18. The fair pitch will start at 1 p.m. with the singles tournament followed by a random draw doubles pitch.
Everyone is welcome.
All are invited to learn a new safe distancing sport with national competition venue possibilities.
