Lady Musketeers Win Sectional Opener
Lily Crumpton goes up for 2 of her 11 points in the first half. She helped propel Eastern to a lead in the first half.
It wasn't easy, but winning in the post season often isn't. However Eastern pulled out a win over Austin on Tuesday night in the sectional opener 37-30 thanks to some clutch free throws down the stretch. The Lady Musketeers will play again on Friday when they play Henryville at 6 p.m. at Providence. For more on their game against Austin check out the Salem Democrat on newsstands now.
