EHS girls' gof team wraps up regular season

The Eastern High School girl's golf team wrapped up their regular season Wednesday night at Butler Falls golf course in Hanover.

The Lady Musketeers matched up against Southwestern and Clarksville. Scottsburg had to back out of the match, so it was just the three schools in attendance.

None of the three schools had enough girls to score as a team, so it was an individual match consisting of eight total girls.

Eastern's duo of Bethany and Abby Fowler scored well for their last match before sectional.

Pacing the Musketeers was Abby Fowler, who carded a 48 to finish second place in the match.

This was her second time in the 40s this season. Bethany was right behind her finishing in third place in the match with a score of 50. 

The girls will look to finish the season strong at Old Capital in Corydon this Saturday when they compete in the Indiana High School Athletic Association girls' sectional tournament!
