Eastern heading to regionals

Eastern senior Christina Knight get her piece of the net after the Lady Musketeers claimed their fourth sectional victory in as many years. The Eastern Musketeers improved to 15-11 after winning three games in the Class 2A Sectional 46, including Tuesday’s 44-38 win over Austin the championship game. 

Saturday’s regional will be held at Crawford County High School. Eastern will face Forest Park at 10 a,m. 

The Lady Rangers are 22-3 and won the Sectional 48 championship 42-24 over Southride. 

Saturday’s second game will feature North Knox taking on South Ripley at noon. 

Admission Saturday is $8 per session or ticket for both morning games and the championship can be purchased for $10.
