Caleb J. Baxter, 23, Portland, resisting law enforcement - using a vehicle to flee - or drawing or using deadly weapon - inflicts/causes bodily injury to another - or operates a vehicle creating a substantial risk of bodily injury to another person, auto theft, false informing, Oct. 23, 2022.
Trevor L. Gardner, 25, Salem, intimidation, battery, possession of paraphernalia, possession or use of legend drug or precursor, Oct. 26, 2022.
Ronald M. Wadsack, 33, New Albany, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, Oct. 28, 2022.
Joseph R. Smith, 18, Borden, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, Oct. 30, 2022.
