Ferby Ellen Cole
Ferby Ellen (Johnson) Cole, of Salem, passed away Sunday, June 6, 2021.
She was born June 2, 1940 in Corbin, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Earl Matthew and Opal (Hood) Johnson.
Ferby was preceded in death by her parents, 6 sisters, 1 grandchild, 1 great grandchild and her husband.
She is survived by her sons: Eli M. Cole Sr. and Norman L. Cole Jr.; 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
She was employed by Smith Cabinet Company for several years, as well as a greeter at Walmart, housewife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and overall was a very loving and caring individual.
Funeral Service: 2:00 pm Thursday at Dawalt Funeral Home followed by interment in Cole Hollow Cemetery.
Visitation: 4 to 8 pm Wednesday and Noon until the time of the service on Thursday.
