Salem man flown to Louisville

Thomas Ingram, 33, Salem, was flown to Louisville Wednesday afternoon following an accident at the intersection of State Road 56 and Old 56. 

Ingram was trapped inside his vehicle and had to be extricated by emergency crews  from the Salem and Gibson township fire departments.
