The meetings will be Wednesday, May 24 from 6-8 p.m. at Orleans High School in the cafeteria, which is located at 200 W. Wilson Street in Orleans.
The second meeting will be in Salem, Thursday, June 1, also from 6-8 p.m. at the Depot Railroad Museum, which is located at 206 S. College Ave.
Radius President and CEO Jeff Quyle whose organization has been one of the driving forces in making the Monon South Trail a reality said they tried to spread the meetings out for folks up and down the corridor.
The purpose of the meetings is to provide direct information about the 58-mile trail project and to also talk about the scope, design process and schedule.
They will also provide an opportunity to allow people to engage at the local level.
