Fair gets underway with baby contest

A sign that things are returning to normal is the Washington Countybfsir got underway Saturday with no masks and a large crowd at the baby contest.

The event was held at the safe room at Bradie Shrum Elementary School. Winners were crowned in 14 different categories (seven for boys and seven for boys). Be sure to check upcoming issues of The Salem Leader and The Salem Democrat for a list and photos of the winners.
