East Washington immunization clinic rescheduled
The immunization clinic that was schedualed for Oct. 1, has now been rescheduled for Oct. 22. This is a great opportunity to catch your child up if they are deficient in immunizations.
Go to https://patients.vaxcare.com/registration to sign your child up for the clinic. You will need to sign up with code IN65942.
This is an optional service. No child will be given an vaccinations inless the parent completes the online registration. If you do not want your student to participate then please do not complete the online registration.
Middle and high school students will be called out of class at the appropriate time to receive their vaccines. If you have an elementary student that you would like vaccinated during this clinic, you are asked to get them out of class and bring them to the high school for the clinic.
