There will be no Ladies’ Bible Study this week.

Collections for area food banks will take place over the next several weeks through early December.

Those on the prayer list include David Duncan, Lori Sorg, Sue Denton, Kay Smith, Angie Basinger, David Bailey, Dr. O’Brien, and those traveling over Thanksgiving.

Elder Steve Brown led communion meditation with a communion meditation entitled “Thanksgiving.” Harold White and Tom Bailey served communion with Richard Keller and Aiden Keller assisting.

Brother Phil McDonald continued his sermon series on Old Testament characters, ordinary people called by God to do extraordinary things. Today’s message was “Abigail, Woman Who Saved Her Husband” with scripture from 1 Samuel 25:1-44.

Celebrating a birthday this week is Dusty McDonald on Nov. 25th Celebrating an anniversary this week is Barry and Shelly Bishop on Nov. 19th. Alec and Kristen Bishop celebrated their third anniversary on Nov. 14th.
