Annual Rockin' Ricky's Walk/Run Thanksgiving morning

A Thanksgiving morning tradition in Salem has become the annual Rockin' Ricky's Thanksgiving Walk/Run to benefit the Washington County Food Bank. 

Start time is 8 a.m. at the Washington County Fairgrounds Pavillion. 

The entry fee is a donation of any amount to the Washington County Food Bank. Checks can be made payable directly to the food bank. 

The route is about 5 miles and takes about an hour and a half to complete. 

Unless there are extreme weather conditions the event will be held. 

The walk is sponsored by the Salem Lions Club and the Washington County Family YMCA.
