Beck's Mill Cornmeal Cook-Off is Saturday, Oct. 26, in the mill's parking lot. The mill is located at 4433 S. Beck's Mill Rd., Salem.
Drop off entry at 11 a.m. in a non-returnable dish. Judging will be at noon.
Entry must have at least 1/2 cup of Beck's Mill cornmeal (white or yellow) and accompanied with a recipe. Cornmeal may be purchased at Nana's This N That shop on the west side of Salem Public Square or at the mill on weekends.
Beck's Mill is also looking for craft or flea market vendors and new demonstrators. If interested, please call 812-886-3447 after 5 p.m.
