Take The Southern Indiana Wage & Benefits Survey

Radius Indiana has launched its biennial survey of wages and benefits in our region. The survey results provide valuable information to companies that want to offer the right levels of wages to employees in order to maintain a stable workforce at the appropriate costs.

Who should take the survey: All business with 10 or more employees

Our goal is to get as many companies as possible to take the survey, so that the results will reflect what companies are encountering in the local labor market of southern Indiana. All companies that fill out the questionnaire will receive a copy of the results, including comparisons to state and national averages for similar types of jobs.
