Farmers market now open

The Washington County Farmers Market is now open on Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Washington County Justice Center on Jackson St.

Produce changes weekly. Now available are green beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, hone, beets, cabbage, eggs. Also petunias, sunflowers, maple syrup, sorghum, jams and jellies, baked goods, baking mixes and spices, beef, lamb and porkk.

Stop in for your July 4th cookout needs!
