Advertising Sales Position Available

Leader Publishing Company, publishers of The Salem Leader, The Salem Democrat and www.salemleader.com, is looking for an advertising sales representative. The position involves meeting with business owners and managers in Washington County and surrounding communities to help market their businesses using several newspaper and online advertising options offered by LPC.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with previous sales experience who will focus on achieving personal and company goals, closing sales and growing a customer base.  Creativity and excellence at building professional relationships with customers is vital. 

Hours are flexible Monday-Friday during normal business hours.  A good driving record and dependable transportation is a must.

The position offers a base pay, weekly commission, monthly bonus and travel expense reimbursement.
