Beck’s Mill Cornmeal Bake-off will be Saturday, October 26, in the mill’s parking lot.The mill is located at 4433 S Becks Mill Rd, Salem.
Drop off entry at 11 a.m. in a non-returnable dish. Judging will be at noon.
Entry must have at least 1/2 cup of Beck’s Mill cornmeal (white or yellow) and accompanied with the recipe. Cornmeal can be purchased at Nana’s This n That shop on the west side of the Salem Public Square or at mill on weekends.
Beck’s Mill is also looking for craft or flea market vendors and new demonstrators. If interested, please call 812-886-3447 after 5 p.m.
