SHS Homecoming candidates announced

Salem High School will crown its Homecoming Royalty Friday, Sept. 22. Homecoming will be held at 6:40 p.m., prior to the start of the game at 7 p.m.

Candidates for this year are, left to right, sitting: freshmen Natalee Boutelle and Chloe Day, sophomores Kaylen Mather and Audrey Hickey, juniors Lizzie Porter and Anna Lange, senior Gabrielle Hypes. Standing: freshmen Logan Dent and Darren Ledford, sophomores  Evan Lloyd and Caris More, juniors Aidan Short and Hunter Rutherford. Not pictured are seniors Bree Carey, Blake Lohrman and Jacob Miller.

The school will hold a Spirit Week with dress up days leading up to the event. The theme for homecoming is Welcome to the Jungle.
