Farm Day

Cora Brown, representing Solid Waste Conservation District, explains the importance of bees to fourth graders in Ashley Sullivan's class at West Washington Elementary School. Students from West Washington and East Washington were able to attend the annual Farm Day event on April 14, but Salem Schools were closed that Friday as a precaution to a threat received by school administrators.
