Two-Day Music Festival
A two-day music festival will be held Jan. 27-28 at Salem First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, 200 E. Walnut St., Salem. Doors will open at 5 p.m. Friday, with a free concert starting at 6:30 p.m., featuring Left Field String Band, Grandview Junction and Swallowtail.
On Saturday, Individuals can take lessons for $10 to learn to play mountain dulcimer, hammered dulcimer, ukulele, fiddle and guitar. Ad hoc bands will take the stage at 2:45 p.m., and there will be a concert at 6:30 p.m.featuring the Corydon Dulcimer Band, Martha Richard and Wildflower and Weeds. Everyone is invited to bring your instruments and enjoy the fun.
