Christmas Eve candlelight service

The First Baptist Church of Salem will be hosting their 52nd annual Christmas Eve candlelight service on Saturday, Dec. 24, at 11:30 p.m.

The Chancel choir, under the direction of Minister of Music Cheryl Backherms, will be presenting “The Wonder of Christmas,” by David Hamilton.

The congregation invites all to come and share in this special occasion, proclaiming the anniversary of the birth of Christ. An offering will be taken for CHOICES Resource Center.

The church is located on the northeast corner of High and Walnut streets.
