There were no serious injuries in a two-vehicle crash that occurred Friday afternoon around 2:25 p.m. at the intersection of West Market and Water streets in Salem.
Salem City Police Officer said Debra Carnahan, Florence Street, Salem, had been at the drive-thru at PNC Bank. After conducting her business, she pulled out onto Market Street and into the path of gray 2010 Ford passenger car driven by Rosemary Carter, Abbott Lane, Salem. Carnahan told Ratts she did not see Carter. Carnahan was driving a 2004 white Chevy Cavalier.
Neither woman was seriously injured. Both cars sustained front-end damage.
