It was his wife’s battle with migranes that led Dr. Chris Mosier to study chiropractics. After years of progressive migraines, the couple had to find the answer to the cause instead of continuing to treat and hide the symptoms.
The couple said the journey led them to the cause of Ellen’s migraines, and chiropractic was the means to correct it. After seeing what it did for his wife, Dr. Mosier felt compelled to help others through awareness, education, and chiropractic, just as it had helped his family.
“Giving the hope of a better life is something that was given to us,” said Dr. Mosier. “We are excited to continue to give that forward to our patients in Salem.”
Mosier Family Chiropractic officially opened their doors for business on Tuesday.
The office, located at 304 E. Market Street, was formerly the location of Dr. Don Martin’s practice.
Dr. Mosier graduated with a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Hanover College in 2012. Following his bachelor’s degree, he attended the prestigious College of Chiropractic at Logan University. He has since graduated after an extensive six academic year program as a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Master in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. He is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and is a licensed member of the International Chiropractors Association of Indiana.
Dr. Mosier continues to extend his knowledge and experience by attending multiple technique, rehabilitation, and pediatric seminars. He has also worked directly with very large and successful practices and is bringing that expertise and high-quality patient care to the Salem community.
The doctor’s experiences have given him a great opportunity to care for a wide variety of ailments from which his patients may suffer. His mission is to restore health through natural chiropractic care, allowing his patients to live their lives to the fullest.
Dr. Mosier is married with a newborn son, Isaiah. Ellen is a licensed massage therapist and they work hand-in-hand treating their patients for optimal results. Their passion and prayerful longing for true community has led them to Salem.
The couple said they could not be more excited to begin the rest of their lives in Salem.
