WW and SHS Advance, EHS falls

The Lions defense was swarming Friday, holding the Panthers to just 56 yards rushing.

West Washington and Salem punched their tickets into the next round of the tournament with dominating performances. West Washington trounced North Daviess on the road for a 55-7 win. Salem dominted Corydon both on the ground and defensively for a 36-7 win. Eastern looked like they might get their first win of the year, but Mitchell tacked on two more scores in the fourth to pull ahead and win 29-16.
