Speedway Big Rigs postponed

The Bandit Big Rig Series race scheduled for this Saturday night at Salem Speedway Fueled by the Hoosier Lottery has been postponed due to the weekend weather forecast.

The action-packed night of semi-truck racing, that attracted one of the biggest spectator turnouts of the season last year at Salem, has been rescheduled for Saturday, June 29th.

“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might cause our fans,” said a Bandit Big Rig Series spokesperson in making the announcement earlier today.

Tickets purchased for this weekend will be good on June 29th.  Those who purchased tickets and are unable to attend the rescheduled race can request a refund by contacting Kirk at kirk@banditseries.com.

Racing returns to the high banks of Salem Speedway on Saturday night, June 15th.  It’s the Casey’s General Store Salute To Fathers Classic, featuring the Lucas Oil Great American Stocks, Mel Kenyon Midget Series and the Kentuckiana Legends Series.
