All 3 County Teams Advance to Sectional Finals

It was a good night for all three Washington County girls basketball teams as they all came out on the winning side to advance to the sectional championship. Eastern handled Henryville 52-28 to advance to the secitonal champship where they will take on Crawford County. That game will be at Providence at 7 p.m.
Salem took care of business against Charlestown, but not without a late rally from the Pirates to whittle the Lady Lions lead down to 6. Salem prevailed 42-34. They will play Silver Creek in the sectional championship at Charlestown at 7:30 p.m.
West Washington also won, beating Shawe Memorial 56-21. They will play Trinity Lutheran in the sectional final at 7:30 p.m. and that game will be at West Washington.
