Anthony Lynn Skaggs, 21, Palmyra, rape, sexual misconduct with a minor - person 18 with child 14 but less than 16, September 18, 2020.

Richard T. Williams, 39, Salem, theft - at least $750 but less than $50,000 value or property is firearm or prior theft, September 17, 2020.

The following arrests were made last week by local law enforcement agencies. Those arrested are just facing charges at this point and are innocent of those charges until proven guilty in a court of law.

Charges are often dropped or lessened.
