William Cullins

William Cullins, 61, died March 17, 2020, in St. Antonio, Texas.

He was born Aug. 31, 1958, to William and Lucy Cullins, in New Albany.

Cullins was formerly of Pekin and Salem, graduating from Pekin High School in 1976. He retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after more than 20 years of service.

On Feb. 16, 1981, he married Margaret Ann Parsons Cullins, who proceded him in death, along with his parents.

His wife, Donna, whom he married on Nov. 16, 2019, survives. He is also survived by his son, William Dallas (Andrea) Cullins, Poteet, Texas; daughter, Amanda Margaret Cullins, San Antonio, Texas; brothers, Phillip (Lil) Cullins, Georgetown, Kevin (Isabel) Cullins, La Plata, Maryland, Charles Cullins, Salem, and David Cullins, Clarksville; and his sister, Mary (Mike) Eiler, Pekin.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 25, in St. Antonio. The family asks that in Cullins’ honor, proudly wear Marine green or red, white and blue on that day. Internment followed in Fort Sam Houston Cemetery.
