Willia Mae Still

Cincinnati, OH formerly of Palmyra, IN: Willia Mae (Ollis) Still, age 89, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Hospice of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH.

She was born on August 9, 1928 in Palmyra, IN to Clyde and Florence Ollis. She married James Howard Still and they had 6 wonderful children together. Willia Mae’s family was her world and she was very proud of them. Willia Mae’s other passion was politics. She was interested in government, democracy, current events, and voting. She taught her children the value of exercising their right to vote and helped others to register to vote, too. Willia Mae even got the chance to correspond with President Obama about political issues.

She is preceded in death by her husband, both parents, and one son, Jeffrey Still.

Survivors include four sons; Jim Still, Jerry Still, John Still, and Greg Still, one daughter, Mary Jean Still, a sister, Pat Walker, and a brother, Don Ollis.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday February 24, 2018 at the Palmyra Cemetery. Love Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
