Wanda Stewart

Wanda Stewart, 71, Salem, died Sunday, Feb. 9, 2020, in Baptist Health Floyd New Albany.

Born July 20, 1948, in Manchester, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Claude and Dorothy (Roark) Madden.

She was a retired employee of the old Smith Cabinet Manufacturing Company in Salem and a member of the Rivers of Living Waters Ministries.

Survivors include two daughters, Sheila Campbell, Pekin, and Teresa Stewart, Salem;  a son, Ralph Stewart, Salem;  two sisters, Linda (Roland) Lanham, Pekin, and Demma (Jim) Sanders, Salem; two brothers, Darryl Madden, Oneida, Kentucky, and Lonnie (Penny) Madden, Lafayette; caregiver, Marina Young, Elizabethtown, Kentucky; five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Leslie, Donald, Hershel and Carson Madden; and a nephew, Hershel Lanham.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, at Dawalt Funeral Home, followed by interment in Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Salem.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, and after 9 a.m. Thursday.
