Patti A. Knox

Patti A. Knox, age 66 of Salem, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 4:52 am, in St. Vincent Salem Hospital.

Born December 20, 1952 in Salem, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Alvin H. and Susan (Bowling) Lee.

She was a former employee of the old Smith Cabinet Manufacturing Company in Salem and Amaray Inc. in Pekin.  She was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church and had been a resident of Washington County for most of her life.   
She loved spending time with her family, nieces and nephews.

In July 1994 she married Daniel Knox, who survives.

Also surviving are: 2 Sons: Tyson Abbott and Derek Knox of Salem; 1 Sister: Ruth Arredondo of Salem;  2 Stepsisters: Beverly Yocum of Sellersburg and Vickie Brown of Pekin; 1 Half brother: Dewayne Lee of Sellersburg;  2 Aunts: Shirley Bowling and Connie Miller.
She was preceded in death by 2 sisters: Charlene Lee Williams and Christina Sue Lashbrooks, 2 brothers: Timothy H. and Johnny R. Lee, 1 half brother: Roger D. Lee and 1 n`ephew: Jacob Dodson.

Funeral Service: 1:00 pm Tuesday at Dawalt Funeral Home with interment following in Olive Branch Cemetery.
Visitation: 9 am until the time of the service on Tuesday.
