Naomi Schneck

Naomi Schneck, 85, Little York, died March 6, 2018, in Salem.

She was born Dec. 15 1932, in Washington County, the daughter of Clinton Nale and Gladys Nale Huckleberry.

A 1952 graduate of Salem High School, she was a homemaker. She was a member of the Christopher Harrison Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution and attended Little York Christian Church.

On Nov. 2, 1952, she married James L. Schneck, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Bradley Schneck.

Survivors include three sons, Michael Schneck, Henryvillle, Steven Schneck (Lawanna), Little York, and Jeffery Schneck, Pekin; two daughters, Melody Fleenor (Tim), Little York and Sherri Briscoe (Steve), Salem; a brother, Alan Martin (Pat), Richmond, Virginia; a sister, Glenda Keith (Joe), Salem; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were at 1 p.m. Monday at Stewart & Hoagland Funeral Home, Scottsburg, with Marc Carr officiating.

Burial followed in Scottsburg Cemetery.
