Mr. Earl Vance "Fuzz" Walton

Mr. Earl Vance "Fuzz" Walton, age 85, of Borden passed away Saturday, June 1 at his residence. Mr. Walton was born on September 13, 1933 in Campbellsburg, Indiana; he was the son of the late Ives and Lalah (Pennington) Walton.

He was a retired factory worker and a member of Pleasant View United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife of over 60 years, Grace (Hurst) Walton; a son, Jeffrey M. Walton (Rhonda) of Enon, Ohio; a sister, Virginia Coots of Salem; 3 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela Rene Walton; 4 brothers, Hobart, Cleo, Cecil, and Jack Walton; 4 sisters, Wilma Karnes, Dorthy Rexroat, Fernia Bierly and Clara E. Sweeney, and his parents.

The funeral service will be Monday at 1:00 PM at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Borden. Viewing will be Sunday from 4-8 PM, and Monday from 12:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Walnut Hill Cemetery. Pastors Ryan Stroud and Jerry Goodwin will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that expressions of sympathy be made to Pleasant View United Methodist Church.
