Maggie L. Hamilton

Maggie L. Hamilton, age 91 of Campbellsburg, Indiana passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at 3:39 pm, in Baptist Health Floyd Hospital.
Born July 2, 1927 in Lafayette, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Stanley Paul and Mary Annie (Williams) Guernsey. She had been a life resident of Washington County and was a 1945 graduate of Henryville High School. On July 17, 1948 she married  Evelyn Eugene Hamilton, who passed away August 16, 2001. She was a retired 22 year employee of the old State Bank of Salem and was a member of the Walnut Grove Christian Church.  She was also a Sunday school teacher and 4H Club Leader.   

Survivors include: Daughter Glenda Reynolds of Salem, Indiana;  2 Sons: Ronnie Hamilton and Alan Hamilton, both of Salem; 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: 1 son, Phillip Hamilton, 1 sister and 1 great granddaughter Emma;

Visitation: 4 to 8 Friday and after 9 am Saturday

Funeral Service: 11 am Saturday at Dawalt Funeral Home with interment following in Mt. Carmel Christian Cemetery.
