Leander House, Jr., age 80, passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018. Leander was born April 17, 1938 at Bowling Green, Kentucky to the late Leander House, Sr. and Marie Eadens House. He was retired from BASF Corporation, Louisville, a member of Fairdale Masonic Lodge and Portland Church of Christ, Louisville, Kentucky.

Also, preceding him in death were a son, Harold W. House and a sister, Ramona Harpe.

Surviving are his wife, Connie E. White House; sons: Ronald L. House (Laura) of Pekin, Michael L. House of Bradford, Earl R. House of Jeffersonville, James D. House (Sue) of Depauw, brother: Thomas D. House of Clarksville; sister: Debra Sims (Ray) of Navarre, FL; 4 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.

The funeral will be held 11 a.m. Friday, December 14, 2018 at Swarens Funeral Home, 1405 Hwy 64 NW, Ramsey, Indiana with burial in Woods Chapel Cemetery, Ramsey, IN.

Visitation will be 2 – 8 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
