Leali Moena Derby, age 62 of Pekin, Indiana passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at 11:18, in her residence.

Born February 24, 1957 in Brownwood, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Herbert Miller and Evelyn Mae (Robbins) Miller. She was a resident of Washington County for the past 2 years formerly of Clarksville, Indiana.

On March 12, 1984 she married John Wayne Derby, who passed away March 9, 2017

She was a member of the Catholic Faith and attended St. Anthony's Church. Leali loved her church, walking in the country and spending time with her grandson.

Survivors include: 3 sons: Michael Joseph Derby of Pekin, Indiana; James Henry Derby of Charlestown, Indiana; John Wayne Derby, Jr. of Clarksville, Indiana; 2 brothers: Tony Miller and James Miller and 1 sister Evelyn Miller

She was preceded in death by: Her parents, husband, 1 brother Matthew Glenn Derby and 1 sister Amaryllis Miller.

There will be no public services
