Kenny Ingram, age 69 of Salem, passed away Monday, January 6, 2020 in Baptist Health Floyd.
 
Born September 7, 1950 in Bedford, Indiana, he was the son of the late Kenneth Chester and Marjorie Louise (Gilstrap) Ingram.
 
He was a member and heavy equipment operator with the I. B. E. W. Union for 24 years, a member of the Campbellsburg First Christian Church, the Indiana National Guard for 11 years and was a 1969 Salem High School graduate.  He loved history and racing.  He was the car owner for the 2004 Track Championship at Thunder Valley Racing and was a car owner and mechanic with the Buckeye Mini Sprint Association.
 
On September 28, 1985 he married Karen A. (Tatlock) Ingram, who survives.
 
Also surviving are: Daughter: Jennifer (Brian) Woodward of Salem,  2 Sons: Jeremy Ingram and Glenn Martin of Salem;  2 Sisters: Anita Miller of Salem and Shelia Short of Denver, Colorado; 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
 
He was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Marvin Ingram, Richard Ingram and, Alvin "Bud Johnson and one sister: Barbara Sandlin.
 
Funeral Service: 11:00 am Friday at Dawalt Funeral Home followed by interment in Franklin Cemetery.
Visitation: 4 to 8 pm Thursday and after 9 am until the time of the service on Friday.
