Mr. Glenn Wayne Phillips, age 74, of Sellersburg, passed away Sunday, June 23 at his home.

Mr. Phillips was born September 13, 1944 in Pekin the son of Glenn Scott and Irene Worley Phillips.  He was a Broadcast Engineer and was a lifetime member of the Society of Broadcast Engineers.  He was a former member of Charlestown Road Church of Christ.

Wayne is survived by his wife:  Claudia S. Nicholson Phillips.  They were married June 27, 1964.  He is also survived by two daughters:  Leah D. Black and her husband, Randy of Sellersburg, and Deidra D. Bigelow, and her husband, Jake of Binghamton, New York, a sister:  Jeanetta L. Purlee, and her husband, Gary of Sellersburg, and three grandchildren:  Kirsten Black, Harper and Max Bigelow. 

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1PM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-7PM and Thursday from 11AM-time of service.
