Darrel Ray Myers age 77 of Pekin passed away Friday, December 29 at Baptist Health Floyd.

Mr. Myers was born February 4, 1940 in Martinsburg, Indiana the son of Paul and Pearl Ruth Keehn Myers.  He was a self- employed timber buyer and a member of Pekin Church of Christ.

He is survived by a son:  Brian  Myers of Pekin, five daughters:  Annette Kendle of Jeffersonville, Paula  Dunlevy of Louisville, Ruth Ann Scherzinger of Salem, Pamela  Thompson of Pekin and Karen  Middleton of Pekin, a sister:  Carol  Hobbs of Salem, 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00AM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Martinsburg Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-8PM and Wednesday from 9AM-time of service.
